This is a direction, not a current activity. When the property business can support it, Lorincz Group intends to take stakes in companies whose owners think in decades. The approach will match the approach to buildings: chosen carefully, held for the long term, and improved rather than traded.
There is nothing to apply for yet. The company will say so here when that changes.
