Founder
Edward Lorincz founded Lorincz Group in 2026, having decided at fifteen that owning buildings was the business he wanted to build. Lorincz is deliberately small. Its advantage is time: the patience to find the right building, the attention to see each acquisition through, and the horizon to keep it.
